The Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) is responsible for conducting civil service examinations in the province of Sindh, Pakistan. The SPSC was established in 1920 and is headquartered in Karachi.
The SPSC is responsible for the recruitment of civil servants in the province of Sindh. The Commission conducts written examinations and interviews for the posts of Assistant Superintendent of Police, Excise & Taxation Officer, Labour Officer, Deputy District Health Officer, and Assistant Director.
The Commission also conducts examinations for the posts of Provincial Management Service Officers, Sindh Police Service Officers, and Provincial Police Service Officers. In addition, the SPSC has the authority to promote officers from one grade to another.

The Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) is a statutory body established under the Constitution of Pakistan 1973. The Commission is mandated with recruitment to the Sindh Provincial Civil Service, Provincial Management Service and other provincial services and posts as may be notified by the Government from time to time.
The Commission is headed by a Chairman who is appointed by the Governor of Sindh on the advice of the Chief Minister. The Chairman is assisted by two Members, one each from amongst civil servants serving in BPS-21 or equivalent and officers belonging to Pakistan Administrative Service/Sindh Administrative Service holding posts not lower than BPS-20 or equivalent.
